		<description>You want to put the CE on the acrylic itself.  You also want to be fairly liberal with it.  then rub the image quickly over it (colored side down) (I rub in small circles)to evenly distribute the CE and to get rid of any air bubbles.  I use stazon ink before I color.  Make sure whatever you color is thoroughly dry before putting the CE on.  Tim Holtz has a video about this very subject here on you tube. 		<description>I tried to make these back when they were first posted and I had trouble with the Crystal Effects.  Do I cover ALL of the &quot;inchie&quot; with it and add the acrylic square on top OR do I only use little dabs of the CE.  I tried both ways and both were blotchy looking. I&#039;d love advice if you have any.</description>
