SO...the theme is to use BOLD colors — bolder than you would typically use — and this means either cardstock OR designer paper OR ribbon OR any embellies — whatever you have to add that bolt of extra bold color to your project.
I am using Sharon Johnson’s brand new “Stamp Simply” “Coffee with Friends” Stamp Set that has come out for Flourishes. I chose American Crafts Pesto Paper from their A la Carte line to make the box and the paper piecing of the card. So I went with bold Patterned Paper and a great stamp set.
Supplies:
Stamps: “Coffee with Friends” , Paper: American Crafts Pesto Old Olive and Basic Black SU!. Ink: Black Pallete, Ribbon: Satin Eyelet ribbon Michaels. Other: Starbucks whole coffee beans
