This new Plum Pudding by PTI is knocking me out! The deepness of the purple is quite stunning..especially with black. Here is a card I did using strictly plum pudding, black and white:
I softened up the picture a little so you could see the score lines. Here is another card using “Flower Garden” by Lisa Johnson with the same color combo except this time I added spring moss to the mix:
Stamping with black right on the plum pudding ribbon is a real pop in real life. Those are the tear shaped rain dots in the center of those petals. They are a perfect fit!

Becky, you’re right, the color combination is stunning and so elegant, I totally love the first card! and how clever to stamp right ON the ribbon, gotta try that! : )
I love the color combo also. Your first card is beautiful and the rain dots on the second are perfect. -Molly B
Beautiful cards, Becky! I just made a card with plum pudding, black, and vintage cream. I love the plum pudding so much!
I couldnt agree more them colours are perfect for each other!!
Love the cards.
Yummy – love the plum with black and vice versa. Very cool idea to use the rain drops on the flowers!
Wow! You have been very busy. All of your new cards are wonderful. I love looking at all of the elegant cards and altered items that you create. Your daughters are so very pretty. I’m so glad that you and your family all had such a great time.

Please tell Sophie I had the exact same question when I was younger. My parents couldn’t answer it. I’m proud to say I figured it out!
