I love the vintage look that this set can attain.  Nothing is more American than baseball, and nothing lends itself better to a great boy’s birthday card!!  What I really like the most about this card too is the color combo.  Black,Brown and a lighter Blue are really nice together when they are distressed. 

If you love this look I would urge you to take a look at the whole 3 step Baseball set.  The sentiments are really great and exteremly usefull as well!!
