{hemidemisemiquaver home} A Sweet Santa Ornament

Here is a little Santa Pillow ornament I made last night with the Santa stamp from “Believe” and some homespun, muslin and a little embroidery thread. One of the things I tend to do around the holidays as much as I can is “nest”. You know thta feeling (or maybe you don’t) of when you are pregnant and the last couple of weeks, you just want to be home and make preparations to the house and spend time with the people you love? This is how I get every year. I love to be at home and putter in the house baking, making things, decorating and listening to music. I like collecting holly from the holly bush and filling up vases with it. I like clearing the space for the tree and waiting for the day we put it up. I like having coffee all by myself and enjoying quiet time alone. I just love this time of the year when I am not running around like crazy doing other things, and just being still. Have a lovely day!

Stamps: Believe

Other: Homespun and Muslin fabric, embroidery floss, wire, buttons, linen thread.
