Oh for the love of Valentines!  I love making these cards, and this one was no exception!  Our Stamp Simply challenge this week was to make a LOVE card.  Well…I love making Valentines (this year at least) but I don’t know how many I will actually hand out, so I will have to make an effort to do so!  It is kind of weird, but I think Valentine’s Day in general is kind of a scam!  Anyone else out there share my feelings?  Well…it doesn’t matter, ’cause the cards are simply FUN!

This has been so fun!  I combine my new Amuse Gumball stamp with Papertrey’s Sweet Love and Polka Dot Basics.  I used a spica silver glitter pen for the metal on the gumball machine, and used copics to color as well as some glitter.  This card was quick and a blast to make.  Hope you try something like this.  Since I used Papertrey Fresh Snow ink for the polka dots, it was still juicy enough for me to throw on some glitter and have it stick, so nothing special was done in that regard.  Just fun and fast!

I am actually on our laptop tonight. We are having the office bookshelves painted, and I finally loaded in my photo editing software on this computer, so I was able to get this done!!  By the way…you may want to pop in here over the weekend.  I know I don’t usually post on weekends, but I have a special post coming that you won’t want to miss, OK?
