This gift was made using the NEW Star Prints stamp set available from Papertrey Ink on the 15th for an achievement gift for Emma’s 5th grade graduation this year. The color scheme and mixed patterns hearkens back to the younger Madonna years and my 7th grade wardrobe. However slightly embarrassing this may be to most of us, these colors and patterns via the 80′s are SO HOT again. Lucky for us, I suppose we get to re-live our youth through our their color choices this year! As far outside of the box this may have been for me to put my little piggy toes, I had a blast making it and I really actually like the way it turned out. The font of this set is just simply spot on. Really brings out a fun flowing element to the very angled stars. It is a nice contrast! I am sure if you loved Heart Prints, you will love this new set for sure! Thanks for bearing with me too.
