Everyday Button Bits

Hello everyone!

This is such a special post today!  This new set due out the 15th called “Everyday Button Bits” is something of a dream.  Nichole has brilliantly thought up this wonderful concept to include your favorite PTI buttons!  I do hope you like my project today.  I am certainly in love with this set, and I hope it shows!

I got to play with the single tree in the set.  I also chose the small bird to work with.  Isn’t that wing adorable??  I just put a dot on the button with a fine sharpie for the eye!  There are so many fun images in this set, you will die wanting it.  I had fun with my patterned paper, using a Colluzle to make my circles into rolling hills and my sewing machine to add piercings (I took out the thread), and my Fiskars scalloped rotary cutter to make some sweet scallops at the bottom.  You really won’t want to miss the other images in this set, so grab a snack and cruise on over to see what the other girls have in store!

Paper: Pure Poppy, Lemon Tart, Ripe Avocado, White, Bitty Star Basics pp, Bitty Dot Basics pp, Green Tea Leaves pp.

Love the buttons!! Our stamping group always puts at least one button on our cards. A long time ago, one of our girls said she hadn’t used any of her new buttons as she hadn’t found anyone “BUTTON WORTHY”, so it has become a tradition to use a button on our birthday cards to each other. Have a good day, Hugs n’ Stuff, Lynne
