This card was so much fun to make! When I got my package of goodies from Faber-Castell, I immediately opened the Gelatos because I have heard so many great things about them. I knew I wanted to make a card using the  ”Fleece Navibaa” stamp set.  Looking at my new Gelatos, I thought it would be fun to make this little guy a Super Ewe!  I took strips of 1/4 inch paper and colored them with the Gelatos on both sides of the paper. I used a wet paintbrush to even out the colors which also brought out the shine of the pigment in them. Really pretty! I then curled the paper so you could see the underside colors and so it would give fun movement to the flying ewe!
I then colored the sheep using the Faber-Castell watercolor pencils. The grey selection was perfect as their were three shades to choose from.
If you haven’t seen the other two artist’s blogs today, go and hop on over to Faber-Castell  to comment all week!
